(Candidate Interview) Huizenga Adjusts to Redrawn District, Aims for Reelection

Community Matters expands its usual local conversations to include some with candidates running for various offices in 2024.

Congressman Bill Huizenga, the Republican incumbent representing Michigan’s 4th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives, has been campaigning for reelection. That’s not new, but the district lines are somewhat new – having been redrawn in 2022.

Huizenga talks to Community Matters about getting acquainted in the new district territories, housing, dependence on Chinese technology, taxes and former Congressman Fred Upton’s endorsement of Kamala Harris.
