(Community Matters 29) Painted Chair Affair Supports BC’s Women’s Co-Op

The Battle Creek Women's Co-Op discusses their signature fundraising event – the Painted Chair Affair and More. Executive Director Teresa Mominee-Young and event co-chair Richard Schlatter talk about the group's mission, how artists come up with painted chairs and other artwork attendees can bid on, as well as some of the history of the event.

This year's event features a Michigan State University-themed stool signed by head basketball coach Tom Izzo and a Detroit Tigers stool signed by former third-baseman Brandon Inge.
