Movement is a big part of the Miles for Memories mission. And, we recently learned why from Michigan State University researchers: Even some movement can help reduce dementia risk.

On this episode of Creating Dementia Solutions, Miles for Memories lead volunteer Sherii Sherban talks about the annual Community Stroll which helps anyone with an interest or association with dementia. It also offers participants a chance to participate in a form of activity – and consider continuing it, with the Miles for Memories Marathon.
