Our Summit Pointe colleague and Veteran Navigator, Michele Pascoe, dedicates her time to connecting with those who have served in the U.S. Military. Many Calhoun County veterans need support but may not know where to turn for resources—and that’s where Michele steps in.
Sometimes she meets veterans through First Step, other times through outreach in the community, or simply during her day-to-day efforts to help. Along the way, she often partners with others who share her mission—like Jack Carlsen, Manager of the Calhoun County Veterans Affairs Office.
In this episode of the Summit Pointe Podcast, Michele and Jack talk about the upcoming Veterans Day observance and the many ways we can honor those who have served—even something as simple as turning on a green light.
